K.M Nur-E Mustrofa Babu is a seasoned educator and scholar with over 25 years of teaching experience in higher education. He earned her Ph.D(Fellow) in Bangla Literature from the University of Dhaka, specializing in Victorian and Modernist texts, and has since dedicated her career to fostering critical thinking, literary analysis, and a passion for the written word among her students.

Since joining Police Lines School & College, Bogra and Notre Dame College, Dhaka in 2010, Babu has developed and taught a wide array of undergraduate and graduate courses, including Bangla Literature Survey, Women Writers, Modernist Movements, and Literary Theory and Criticism. Her dynamic teaching style, interdisciplinary approach, and mentorship have earned her multiple teaching awards and the enduring respect of both students and colleagues.

He has presented her work at national and international conferences and contributed chapters to several academic anthologies. Her current research explores the influence of industrialization on narrative form in 19th-century British fiction.

In addition to her academic contributions, Babu has served in leadership roles including Chair of the Bangla Department and Director of Graduate Studies. She is actively involved in curriculum development, faculty mentoring, and diversity and inclusion initiatives on campus.
